I am currently working as a research scientist with IBM-Africa at the Nairobi Lab. My work involves designing and building innovative AI solutions for Health, specifically in the Foundation Models and density estimation for biophysical models in drug discovery. Previously I worked as a research scientist at the Institute for Applied Informatics (InFAI) and the Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems (IAIS). I have a strong research background in generative AI, knowledge graphs, deep learning for NLP, statistical subgroup analysis, and density estimation.
